Nayt Consult Partners with Government of Ghana to Launch Labour Exchange Programme

Nayt Consult has joined the Ministry of Youth Development and Empowerment and the Ministry of Labour, Jobs and Employment in launching the Ghana Labour Exchange Programme, a national initiative to open legal, safe pathways to decent work for Ghanaian youth.

At the launch, Minister for Youth Development and Empowerment George Opare Addo reaffirmed government's commitment to job creation and employability for young people through partnerships like this one. Germany's Deputy Ambassador to Ghana, Sivine Jansen, spoke to the programme's international reach, describing the Ghana-Germany Labour Exchange as a model built on "brain circulation" rather than brain drain, and pointed to Germany's parallel work with Ghana on a Global Skills Partnership in the health sector.

For Nayt Consult, the programme extends work already underway through the NaGeL Club, and sits alongside other active pipelines the company is building, including skilled labour recruitment, health worker recruitment, and apprenticeship pathways. Together, these position Nayt Consult as a recognized private partner in a government-led effort to connect Ghanaian youth to structured international employment.
